All sales are final.
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.
Please review your order carefully before checking out.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery at cataliaskincareessentials@gmail.com with:
- Your order number, and
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
We’ll review and, if approved, send a replacement. Items sent back to us without prior approval will be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
All personal care/beauty products are non-returnable.
We also do not offer returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Allergic reactions
- Sale items or gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (if applicable)
If your order is shipped into the EU, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. However, this right does not apply to sealed personal care goods once unsealed for health and hygiene reasons.
- If applicable and the item remains sealed, unused, and in original packaging, contact us within 14 days to request cancellation at cataliaskincareessentials@gmail.com. We will provide next steps and a return address. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Refunds (when a replacement is not possible)
If a refund is approved for a damaged/incorrect item (or for an eligible sealed EU return), it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/issuer.
Catalia Skin Essentials reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet the above conditions.
