Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include tracking information if applicable.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or new product launches), processing times may be extended by a few days. We appreciate your patience while we ensure your products are freshly prepared and carefully packaged.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier, but most orders within Canada and the U.S. arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Catalia Skin Essentials is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or events beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Catalia Skin Essentials is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Catalia Skin Essentials is not liable for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting your local postal service for assistance.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Canada and the United States.
